I have questions/troubles with my FlexLM licenses. Who should I contact?
You may check our online License Request Webcenter at www.virtools.com/licenserequest. In this unique location, you will find all the information and tools to manage an efficient license request.
Who can register for the Virtools Tech Support Center?
You do not need to be a Virtools Customer to access the Download Center or the FAQs as a visitor, but you will need to register to access these services. If you own Virtools software, or wish to check out the Tech Support Center, register and access the Virtools Tech Center, but only Virtools Dev customers have full, unrestricted access to the Tech Support Center.
Why should I register?
With Restricted Access, you can download files such as export plugins or browse the FAQs to resolve your most frequent questions.
For Full Tech Support, you will need to supply your Virtools serial number when you register in order to access advanced FAQs and client-only downloads. Plus, you get 10 tokens per seat (valid for one year) to ask questions by email to Virtools Tech Support (VTS). VTS will send you an acknowledgement within two business days. (Note: if you are using Virtools Dev with a multiple seat licence, you will need to register a different serial number for each user).
How do I register, re-access or modify my profile?
Please fill out the registration form as completely as possible. This information is used by Virtools Tech Support to improve service and speed up response time, and will not be sold to any third party.
In all cases, your password will be emailed to you and is required for subsequent visits! Keep that email for future reference!
Full Access Dev clients may modify their accounts at any time, but if you upgrade or need to change your serial number, you'll need to create a new account.
How do I access the Tech Support Center if I've lost or forgotten my password?
Fill out this form. You'll then receive an email with your login information.
If you can't remember your restricted account login, create a new account. If you've forgotten your client account login, contact login.request@virtools.com.
