Hervé Yahi is named CEO of Virtools™

Paris, 21 June 2001 - Hervé Yahi has been selected as the CEO of Virtools, marking a new stage in the company's development. Virtools provides solutions for the development and deployment of highly interactive applications.

A graduate of Supelec, Hervé Yahi, has supervised the successful turn around of a number of high-tech enterprises. Since 1988 he has compiled an impressive résume, working as President of Transtar S.A., Chairman of Transtar Software Inc., Vice-President of Bull SI&S, and of Computron Software Europe, Managing Director of Outline solutions on behalf of Groupe CS, and President of Verilog and of CS England.

A well-experienced spokesman, Hervé Yahi comments: "Our current objective is to confront our position as an industry leader.
