Double-check your configuration and spot necessary updates.
Does your computer have a G3 or higher processor with
at least 128 MB of RAM?
Are you using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.1 (or later)
or Netscape Communicator/Navigator 7.0 (or later)?
Does your mac have a graphics card with 3D acceleration?
Do you have the latest drivers for your 3D graphics
accelerator card?
Is your monitor set to display 16- or 32-bit color?

can't pinpoint the problem.
