Axis 3D held the first Virtools VR Conference and first VR Contest Awarding Ceremony in China on Nov. 28, 2006 to present VR technologies and exchange user-experiences. The conference was followed by a Virtools Industry Application Seminar on November 29. A great success!

Utilizing Virtual Reality in Workplace and Task Design
VTT Technical Research Center of Finland is the biggest research organization in Northern Europe providing high-end technology solutions and innovation services to public sector and companies as well as international organizations. VTT has used its VR-system for about 5 years with Delmia Software and with CATIA. They are now using Virtools in their Virtual Environment System to interactively manage CATIA models for workplace and task design.
